Agustien Raquela Sanggenafa

Ella is an entrepreneurship coach and trainer. Her work focuses on economic, youth and women empowerment in Jayapura, Papua the eastern part of Indonesia. As a coach and trainer, she specializes in supporting youth and women in developing their business, promoting and selling local product, support the entrepreneurs in financial literation, and digitalization marketing and financial.

Becoming a part of Manibobi-Preneurs team since 2020 made her learned and found half of the Papuan still struggling and survive with their own financial plan both in their family and business. Through INSPIRASI program she hopes to learn more about somethings. First, economic empowerment, especially financial plan and promoting and selling local product. Second, the financial literation and marketing in local business. Based on her work she becomes the local ambassador of Krealogi application by Du Anyam in Papua and she represent Indonesia in Climate Justice from Collective Consciousness Climate Resilient Training of Trainers in Bangkok, November 2023.

She is passionate about sharing and learning economic empowerment in society, youth and women empowerment in entrepreneurship in rural area of Papua, eastern Indonesia, and supporting and selling local product Papua. Her goal from this program is to understand, to develop and to support economic empowerment in society, youth and women entrepreneurship, and selling the local product and how the government work with the society to promote and sell local product in New Zealand.
