Alumni Action Projects

As the culmination of a series of Action Project activities with women migrant workers, Komunitas Bernafas Baik, in collaboration with Balla’ta Migran held the Consolidation of Women Migrant Workers on Saturday, 27 September 2025, at Kebun Literasi Komunitas (Literacy Community Garden), conducted by Rumah Nalar in Bulukumba Regency. The event marked an important moment to strengthen support networks, women’s grassroots leadership, and protection for women migrant workers and their families.

The overall aim of the project is to lay the groundwork for a sustainable household waste management system in Pasir Panjang by equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills, preparing a solid foundation for the future establishment of a new waste bank, and exploring opportunities for transforming recyclable materials into marketable products

Main Objectives:

Political education is important. Political issues are very diverse, finding solutions is an urgent need. Through the Young Parliamentary School, I hope to understand how the policy-making process works and how we, as the younger generation, can make a real contribution to it. For me, change starts with small things.

The goal of the project is to emerge and increase young people’s interest and participation in politics through Young Parliamentary School

“Sometimes the unexpected moments become the most powerful ones—like seeing a girl who was excluded by society begin to feel seen, valued, and included.”

The overall aim of the project is to encourage children aged 10 to 16 years to be actively involved and support the creativity of learning process at the Cahaya Anak Sumba (CAS) Learning Centre. In addition, this project aims to regenerate the values of Sumbanese culture through various extracurricular activities conducted outside formal schoolings.

The overall aim of the project is to Strengthening the youth of Tahima Soroma Island's capacity to lead the Marine Plastic Pollution Social Campaign.

The overall goal of the project is to improve treatment adherence in people with TB through family support networks with a focus on treatment education, mental health, and economic empowerment

The overall aim of the project is to find the factors that become obstacles to implementing comprehensive sexuality education in rural areas and appropriate methods for providing this education.

The overall goal of the project is to Strengthening the Protection and Recognising Traditional Catching Areas in Kodingareng.
