Yogi works for the NGO Lombok Sustainable Tourism, and his action project is on social participation in the environmental conservation of the Rinjani forest, working alongside communities to develop ecotourism initiatives and workshops. Yogi would like to learn more in Aotearoa New Zealand about Māori tourism practices, and community-driven initiatives and management.

Tri works for Alfa Omega Foundation, which is a faith-based NGO involved in community development work. Tri is currently involved in early childhood education (ECE), collecting M&E data, and advising on programme design. She is interested in the development of ECE curricula, especially Māori models. Her action project is on capacity building for early childhood

Sam is a passionate environmentalist working with Seasoldier Sulawesi Utara, who is interested in youth and environmental issues, especially coastal and marine ecosystems. He holds a Master's degree in Aquatic Science within the International Indo-PacificCoral Reefs Biodiversityand Conservation Masters Programme. Currently, he acts as Chair of North Sulawesi Maritime Youth (Maritim Muda Sulawesi Utara) and is a Lecturer and Marine Science Study Programme Head of Esa Trinita Science and Technology Institute.

Ifa has been working in a local NGO named Yayasan Lembaga Mitra Ibu dan Anak (LemINA) right after graduating. Most of her time was spent doing voluntary work in the organization and now helping the development of the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy. She is also assisting the program of Sexual prevention and Menstrual Hygiene Management.

Rosadalima (Rosa) is a change-seeker who develops community-driven programs for WISE, an NGO that works to strengthen the voices and power of communities and build solidarity across borders to create change. In this role, she leads and initiates the implementation and development of projects related to water, sanitation and hygiene ( WASH) and education and ecotourism. She like to connect people and expand network under the @bidara community. Rosa changed the direction of her career when she left her position with a private company in

Nur is a young activist involved in humanitarian work, women's and children's issues, and promoting gender equality with the Sikola Mombine Foundation in Central Sulawesi. As Executive Director of Sikola Mombine (www.yayasansikolamombine.org), Nur has experience in policy and advocacy, including work on the Regulations of the Donggala Regent on the Acceleration of Sustainable Village Development in Donggala District, encouraging gender-responsive budgeting in Poso District, and organising women and young people through a village learning centre.

Sahur Ramadan is a manager of the Samparona pine forest, which is an ecotourism destination area. Sahur is responsible for building the capacity of tourism managers through training in the field. In addition, he is a creative team member for tourism development planning. His current project is to increase awareness of protecting and preserving forests through community empowerment in sustainable tourism development. Sahur is committed to working with environmental, educational, and community development organisations.
