Wilda Yanti Salam is a cultural programmer, writer, and researcher. Currently, she navigates her encounters by exploring ways to connect and learn with youth, grassroots, and marginalized communities through multidisciplinary approaches.
Yakob Osingmahi, a recent graduate, is involved with the Disability Transformation Advocacy Movement for Inclusion (GARAMIN) in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). This new institution is dedicated to advocating for the equal rights of people with disabilities across all aspects of life in the province. Yakob has a physical disability and utilizes an above-the-knee prosthetic leg for his daily activities.
Monika, a marine activist and community development practitioner, has dedicated her efforts to protecting marine areas with POKMASWAS (community monitoring groups) since gaining experience working in conservation NGOs previously. Her work focuses on monitoring marine and coastal areas, restoring coral reef ecosystems, educating young people and children, and increasing community capacity. Monika firmly believes that the role of the community is crucial in protecting the coastal area of East Flores.
Rudolf serves as a trainer, facilitator, and social worker, focusing on training and facilitating malaria cadres in each program intervention village of PERDHAKI. This initiative aims to reduce malaria morbidity rates, working towards malaria elimination by 2030 in the Eastern Region of Indonesia, particularly in the Asmat region of South Papua. A primary challenge in Rudolf's area of work is the lack of public awareness regarding the dangers of malaria.
Ikram, an education enthusiast, harbors aspirations to make a positive impact in the field of education. His keen interest in the realm of education led him to work as a Pengajar Muda (Education Improvement Facilitator), teaching children in the remote areas of Musi Rawas, South Sumatra. In 2021, he joined the Program Organisasi Penggerak (POP) as a Facilitator, an initiative by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology aimed at assisting and collaborating with teachers and school principals to enhance literacy and numeracy in Paser Regency.
Andi Alfian is a researcher and community development practitioner. He graduated from the Center for Religious and Cross-cultural Studies (CRCS), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia, with an M.A. in Religious Studies. He is also the founder and director of Sekolah Anak Muda (@sekolahanakmuda), a non-profit movement based in Makassar, Indonesia, that organizes public discussions on social, educational, and environmental issues related to youth and indigenous people.
Ella is an entrepreneurship coach and trainer. Her work focuses on economic, youth and women empowerment in Jayapura, Papua the eastern part of Indonesia. As a coach and trainer, she specializes in supporting youth and women in developing their business, promoting and selling local product, support the entrepreneurs in financial literation, and digitalization marketing and financial.

The Mapia Project, led by Samuel, focuses on preserving coastal ecosystems, promoting eco-friendly tourism practices, and safeguarding local cultural heritage.
In Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, where open discussions on sexual and reproductive health remain rare, Mariana Yunita Hendriyani Opat, or Tata, INSPIRASI alumni 2022, founded Tenggara Youth Community in 2016. Tenggara provides safe spaces for young people to learn and discuss these issues, reaching over 4,000 youth across 30 communities.
